Our Cottages
Known for their iconic “beehive” design, the oceanfront cottages at Ocean Village are available in single-story 1-2 bedroom units or upper and lower studios. Each cottage features:
- Private bathroom with a shower and full size tub
- Full kitchen including all dishes, cookware and organic fair-trade coffee
- Bed linens and towels
- Private entrance
- Private patio and picnic table or private balcony
- Breathtaking panoramic views of MacKenzie Beach
Rates
· Additional adults are $20.00 per night
· Children under the age of 16 stay free
· Pets are Welcome
· All Ocean Village cottages are smoke-free
· Check in anytime after 3 p.m
· Check out time is 11 a.m.
· A deposit equivalent to one night’s rental is required to confirm each reservation. No changes or refunds within 14 days.
· Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund less $35.00 + HST cancellation fee.
· Any changes or partial cancellations to your reservation prior to 14 days will result in a $35 cancellation fee per cottage.
· Reservations are not transferable.
· Reservations are not held for guests failing to arrive on specified arrival date.
· A specific unit may be requested, however, this cannot be guaranteed.
· Other restrictions may be applied.
