Our Studio units offer both 2nd storey and ground level accommodations. The Studio cottages range from 40 to 100 feet from the beach. All studio cottages have a queen-sized bed and two single day beds in the living room, sleeping a maximum of 4 people.
Lower Studios
The studio units open up to the Pacific Ocean with a picnic bench at your doorstep. Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a full size tub. The sleeping area is separated from the living room with a floor to ceiling wall and there are two day beds in the front room. Each day bed converts from a sofa bed by day to a single bed by night. Accommodates up to four people.

Loft Studios
With high, arched ceilings and a four-foot wall between the sleeping area and living room, our top floor studios are bright, open and airy. The top floor studios open to your own private balcony with amzing views of MacKenzie Beach. Each unit contains a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a full size tub, with a queen bed in the sleeping area and two day beds in the front room. Sleeps up to four people.

· Additional adults are $20.00 per night
· Children under the age of 16 stay free
· All Ocean Village cottages are smoke-free
· Check in anytime after 3 p.m
· Check out time is 11 a.m.
· A deposit equivalent to one night’s rental is required to confirm each reservation. No changes or refunds within 14 days.
· Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund less $35.00 + HST cancellation fee.
· Any changes or partial cancellations to your reservation will result in a $35 cancellation fee per cottage.
· Reservations are not transferable.
· Reservations are not held for guests failing to arrive on specified arrival date.
· A specific unit may be requested, however, this cannot be guaranteed.
